Connor by Dormaine G.
(YA, Urban Fantasy)
An entertaining read, full of action and a sprinkle of humour. Connor has loads of potential to be a great story, but for me, it falls short of that in a couple of places. I just couldn’t connect with the characters. They felt flat to me and Connor annoyed me quite a bit by the middle (though, I did like Tony. He was sweet and kind).
This does not mean it’s a bad story, it’s just not for me. There were too many unanswered questions by the end. Maybe a sequel would clear these up?
